What we collect

When you submit an item: the photographs you upload, the brand, model and any notes you add, the service level you chose, and the contact email you give on the payment page.

When you contact us: your name, your email address and the message you write.

When you sign in to the internal dashboard: your name, email address and sign-in session. An account is only needed for managing reports — clients submitting an item do not need one.

Why we hold it

To produce your report, to email your confirmation and the link to your report, to keep the record of the review alongside the photographs it was drawn from, and to answer enquiries.

Payments

Payment is processed by Base44 Payments. Card details are entered on the payment provider's page and never reach us — we hold only the record of the order and its status.

Who we share it with

Our payment provider processes the payment, and our email provider delivers the messages you receive. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not use your photographs for anything other than your verification.

Report links

Each report has its own web link, so it can be shared with a buyer, a consignor or a platform. Anyone who holds that link can open the report and the photographs it was drawn from, so share it deliberately.

How long we keep it

Reports, and the photographs they were drawn from, are kept so the finding stays verifiable. If you would like a submission removed, contact us and we will delete it, apart from the payment records we are required to keep.

Cookies and storage

The app stores only what it needs to work: a sign-in token in your browser if you sign in, and the state of the page you are on. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
